• What are Superthread templates and how do I use them?

  Superthread templates are pre-built Boards that include common workflows, example data, and instructions, allowing you to instantly duplicate a professional setup into your workspace.

  Templates eliminate the setup time. Each template is a ready-to-use solution for a specific team or process (e.g., ‘Product Roadmap,’ ‘Bug Triaging,’ ‘Quarterly Planning’).

  1. Browse: Select the template that matches your goals or aims.
  2. Preview Template: Click the ‘View Template’ button, this will take you to a view-only version of the board.
  3. Download Template: Click the “Get Template” button to instantly copy the template board into your workspace and customize with your own team’s details.
• Can I share or create my own custom templates for my team?

  Yes. Any Board you create can be shared publicly and be duplicated for reuse by your own team.

  The ability to share custom templates is a powerful feature for standardizing workflows across different projects or teams.

  To do so currently in Superthread we suggest creating a “Board Templates” space. You can then share any board templates created with a public link that only someone with the link can access. They can duplicate the board template into their own space if the “Board Templates” space is public or they have been given access to the space.

  Governance: This is perfect for ensuring every new project adheres to company standards, status definitions, and reporting requirements. (Note: Public sharing/submission of templates to the main library is a roadmap item.)

• What types of workflows do your templates cover?

  Our template library is organized into multiple categories you can filter to navigate for relevant templates. More templates are on the way this is just the beginning!
