At Superthread, we believe that knowing who you are, and staying true to it, matters.

We’re builders at heart. Everything you see here was created organically, without playbooks, agencies, or growth hacks. We’ve never been great at sales or marketing, but what we lack there, we make up for in relentless attention to detail, engineering quality, and speed of execution.

We ship fast, sometimes multiple times a day, and obsess over things most people never notice: the exact alignment of pixels, the feel of every interaction, the performance under load. These aren’t edge cases to us, they’re the product.

Could we have built Superthread faster by cutting corners? Absolutely. But we didn’t, because we care deeply about the consistency of experience, whether you’re managing 10 tasks or 10 million.

We don’t do hype because we don’t know how to. We don’t promise what we haven’t built. What’s on our website is what’s in our product. No vapourware. No spin. In fact, we designed the site ourselves, without a team of celebrity designers, because we think what matters most is what’s behind it.

Ben – CTO

Ben is the Chief Technology Officer at Superthread. He has more than 13 years of experience working at both startups and on large scale SaaS platforms makes him a perfect fit for scaling well-crafted software organisations.

Ben graduated from the University of Bath with a 1st class Honors degree and an Msc. in Computer Science. Previously, he was the technology lead at cloud video production suite Grabyo and a senior engineer at low code automation specialists Tray.ai.

When not vibe coding, Ben can be found in the great outdoors with his family or raising his heart rate to extreme levels in sports competitions.

David Hasovic – CEO

David built his first AI chat program in QBasic while at college — an early sign of his lifelong passion for intelligent, responsive software.

While at university, his AI class created a chat program that won second place in a UK’s national AI competition.

In 2011, David developed one of the first hardware-accelerated, browser-based game engines, designed to run smoothly across a wide range of devices. That engine company, backed by Index Ventures and Initial Capital, later evolved into a mobile gaming studio, where he led the development of Forces of Freedom — a 5v5 real-time multiplayer shooter with best in class rendering and networking performance.

Frustrated by how slow and fragile most workplace tools are, David founded Superthread to bring the same standards of speed, resilience, and design polish found in high-performance games to collaboration software.

Brennan – CPO

Ahead of the AI hype, Brennan researched his physics dissertation on machine learning whilst working with antimatter at CERN. After graduating he worked on hardware for the BBC but quickly developed an interest in software.

He joined the analytics startup GoSquared before moving to lead Product Experience at Nexmo (acquired by Vonage/Ericsson). There he scaled the self service apps that kept over 1m developers happy.
