New capabilities added Includes mobile push, scheduled quiet periods, clearer notification routing and better support for project and AI updates.

Know what needs your attention—and deal with it there

Follow the work that matters, open it inside your inbox and clear each update when it is handled. Use Slack, email or mobile push when you are elsewhere.

An inbox for action, not noise

Review the update in its real context

Superthread keeps the notification and the underlying work together, so a review pass can end with decisions made—not more tabs opened.

One inbox for workspace activity

Bring the changes that need your attention into one list instead of checking every board, page and project by hand.

Open the work inside the inbox

Preview and work with the actual task, page, board or sprint beside the notification. Keep your place while you read the detail and respond.

Resolve, unresolve and keep moving

Use the unresolved filter as a lightweight attention queue. Mark an item resolved when it no longer needs you, or reopen it if the work comes back.

Read state and bulk cleanup

Separate what you have seen from what still needs review. Mark everything resolved when you have cleared the queue.

Slack, email and mobile push

Choose in-app notifications, Slack, instant email, a scheduled email digest or mobile push. Each person can use the channels that suit their day.

Control the signal

Set notification preferences by channel and event type. Schedule mobile quiet periods and choose when an email digest should arrive.

Across clients and service teams

A manageable attention queue

Keep client decisions moving

Account and delivery leads can work through comments, task changes and project updates without opening every client space.

  • Review mentions and feedback across client work
  • Open the affected task or page beside the alert
  • Resolve the notification after the decision is made
  • Use Slack or a digest when you are away from Superthread

Stay on top of service queues

Service owners can follow the requests and workflows they are responsible for while keeping the inbox manageable.

  • Follow changes to important boards and statuses
  • Open a request directly from the notification
  • Keep unresolved items as a personal attention queue
  • Receive agent messages alongside human activity

Notifications and inbox, answered

  • Which notification channels does Superthread support?
Notifications can appear in the Superthread inbox, Slack, instant email, scheduled email digests and mobile push. Each channel can be enabled and configured separately.
  • Can I act on work without leaving the inbox?
Yes. The inbox can open tasks, pages, boards and sprints in a preview beside the notification, so you can review the context and work with the underlying item without losing your place.
  • What is the unresolved inbox filter?
It shows notifications you have not resolved yet. Resolve an item once it no longer needs attention, unresolve it if necessary, or mark the whole queue resolved after a review pass.
